Be honest to the Higher rank, do our jobs how ever we do them!! And please don't hold someone past life over their heads!! Show respect as you wish for it in return. Be respectful at all times I run a crew on Rock-star it's name is (HillBilly's Top Dog 2 or H.T.D.2.) I am an understanding man, I try my best to be straight forward and honest to the best of my abilly I am not the best on somethings I try my darn nest to follow rules, I try my hardest to follow major rules even if it hurts me in the long Run!!
